Conformance Checking

Conformance Checking is the verification of alignment between the actual process (as represented in the event log) and the ideal model. Through this comparison, deviations, inefficiencies, and rule violations can be systematically uncovered. The results enable targeted improvement measures to adjust reality to the ideal state.
