Definition

In disposition, you control and plan the material flow within a company. You coordinate the incoming and outgoing streams of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products. This task belongs to the typical area of responsibility of an industrial clerk and ensures that production runs smoothly. You take into account inventories, capacities, and delivery times.
