Gewährleistung
The warranty is the legal obligation of the seller that the product is free from defects in material and title. It is regulated in the BGB and ensures that the buyer has a claim for rectification, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal in case of defects. The warranty period is generally two years from the transfer of the product.
