Definition
Kaufpreiszahlung refers to the obligation of the buyer to pay the amount agreed in the purchase contract to the seller. The payment is typically only due when the goods have been handed over or delivered. The buyer can refuse payment if the goods are defective and the seller does not remedy the defects within a reasonable time.
