KPI-Dashboard

A KPI dashboard is an interactive visualization of process key figures used for monitoring and controlling business processes. It contains metrics such as throughput time, costs, quality indicators, and efficiency measures, which are displayed in clear graphics. In the module, a KPI dashboard is implemented to monitor the performance of the analyzed order process and enable data-driven decisions. Tools such as Power BI or Tableau are used to create the interactive visualizations.
