Prozessanalyse (EN)
ConceptInvestigation of business processes to identify potential improvements
Process Analysis
Process analysis is a systematic examination of business processes with the aim of evaluating their efficiency, effectiveness, and quality and identifying potential for improvement. It is a central component of business process management and serves as the basis for process optimizations. Through analysis, bottlenecks, unnecessary steps, or inefficiencies can be identified and corresponding measures for improvement derived. EPKs are an important tool to support process analysis.
