Scope Creep in Project Management
Scope Creep describes the uncontrolled expansion of the project scope during implementation, without being compensated by a corresponding adjustment of time, cost or resources. This phenomenon often occurs when requirements are not clearly defined, prioritized or controlled. Scope Creep can lead to delays, budget overruns and quality defects and represents one of the most common challenges in project management.
