Definition
A Sprint is a fixed time period within which a development team implements part of the Product Backlog into a potentially shippable Product Increment. The Sprint duration is set at the beginning of the project and remains constant, typically between one and four weeks. Sprints enable regular delivery cycles, rapid feedback, and continuous product adaptation.
